           I am new to the Sellars list and am wondering if anyone out there knows
anything about Isaac Sr Sellars born abt. 1782, married to Anna Sarah
Martin or James Sanford Sellars born 1828 in Penn., married to Elizabeth
McMillian.

Much of my line ended up in Kansas.

My great grandmother is Louella Emma Sellars married to James Elisha McCall 


DAVID - can you give us a town/county in PA or where are they in 1850? and
perhaps we can

Sanford is a name in some SELLERS family - I didn't see yours, but, perhaps
good family to
trace brothers/sisters
OR, if you feel better, start in KS - we only have a few posted down there

when/where married?
May help in tracing this family - I will try and look up land deeds in
Butler,surrounding
counties - sometimes shows where came from. marie,iowa

Hi James,

You mentioned the '...the son of Isaac and Rebekah Sellers...' in your
e-mail.  I looked and found that I have a Isaac Jr. unknown spouse.  My
Isaac was born 9 Nov. 1821 in Butler Co., Ohio and died 20 Dec. 1897 in
Kansas.  His father is Isaac Sr. Sellars born abt 1782 in Penn.and he died
May 1857 In Indiana. His wife is Anna Sarah Martin. Does any of this ring
a
bell?

Looks like several
of this family went to KS, thro IA ,
