Found in the 1850 Census for Pike Co IL is:
Michael Cellers, 31, M, PA
Lucretia Cellers, 23, F, OH
Niles Cellers, 3, M, IA
George Cellers, 1, M, IA

These are most certainly the same people.  Most likely moved
in the spring of 1850 around the time the census was taken and managed to get
into it in both locations?
