I checked out the website below. The Eef SELLERS that married
McEACHIN was really named Elpha SELLERS b. February 21, 1855; m. John
on August 21, 1878. Elpha was d/o Lemuel SELLERS and Elizabeth HALL who
both buried in Sellers Graveyard near Melton's Chapel in Appling County,
I have a listing of Elpha's siblings in my database.
Elizabeth HALL b. February 20, 1833 in Appling County, GA; d. May
She married Lemuel on January 18, 1849. She is d/o Seaborn HALL.
Lemuel SELLERS b. November 23, 1827 in Appling County, GA; d. July
He was s/o Samuel SELLERS b. abt. 1775 in Duplin County, NC and Mary
I have list of Lemuel's siblings, if anyone is interested.
Samuel SELLERS was s/o Samuel SELLERS, R.S., b. abt. 1744 in Duplin
NC; d. 1799 in Effingham County, GA and Zilpha SELLERS (Sellers was her
maiden name) b. abt. 1745 in Duplin County, NC. They married May 11, 1767
in Duplin County, NC. I have list of Samuel's siblings, if anyone is
Samuel SELLERS, R.S. was also a son of a Samuel SELLERS.
Zipha SELLERS was d/o Samuel SELLERS b. abt. 1715 in Sampson County,
October 30, 1780 in NC; m. Hannah (last name unknown) abt. 1746 in Duplin
County, GA. I have list of Zipha's siblings, if anyone is interested.
