Courtesy of Ancestry, I found Hiram Sellers in Cumberland, Alleghany Co. Md in the 1860 census.  He's listed on page34.  No other family mentioned.  David's sister Margaret Sellers McClosky had a daughter Annie who married Jacob S Beamer.
Annie was born 9 Aug 1852 in Hollidaysburg and died 17 June 1931 in Altoona.  Nothing further on Margaret.

This was the Reverend John McElfish. The census-taker must
have mistaken, as John was *37* at the time of the census, Isabelle
was about 32.  Her maiden name was Isabelle McCloud DUNCAN,
a daughter of Daniel & Susan (SELLERS) DUNCAN.  The Reverend
was a farmer in his non-preaching time.
