Dear Marie and all: Surely her brothers had children. This is what I
found on her brothers from the North Carolina Death Index and Social
Security Records:

Harry Russell Sellers, Sr.
b. 7 July 1905 in Kentucky
d. 1 October 1981 in Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina. Believe the Rev. Harry Sellers in her obituary is this man's son.

Paul Gardner Sellers
b. 7 March 1909 in Kentucky
d. 14 April 1992 in Asheville, Buncombe County, North Carolina.

James Milton Sellers
b. 14 January 1912, North Carolina
d. 13 March 1990 in Buncombe County, North Carolina.

All three buried in State of North Carolina.

I have written to the Asheville Library in Buncombe County to see if I could
get obituaries for all three. I may have a contact that will get me
telephone numbers of any sons of theirs that may be living.

Carole in South Carolina

CAROLE, Very Good.
Anderson Sellers obit may be on file also? His mother may be Martha J.Day, but not real sure. Harry Sellers could be related. Hope so. Didn't see a white page/phone for him in Asheville.

GEORGIA, THANKS. Hadn't followed Virgil up after 1900,etc. and will make easier to follow him without searching!

This is why I think Anderson's mother is Martha J. Day. But, can't find the marriage or death to prove!
We have members that could help with records, but, mayNot be active now and I haven't copied to them. And if Carole can find obit and nephew and ask for DNA, would really be needed!

Thanks to all.

I know this is an old post but I do have a little information. I have a copy of the death certificate for Felix Erastus (Rastus) Bonham that was married to Harriett Stines. It states that the parents of Felix Bonham were Nehemiah and Martha Sellers Bonham. Felix is buried and with his wife Harriett Stines Bonham in the Paynes Chapel cemetery in Leicester, Buncombe, North Carolina. The same cemetery has the graves of Nehemiah and Martha J. Bonham. The "J." in Martha's name is the problem though. I do not know if this is a match or not. I to am searching for information on Nehemiah and Martha Sellers Bonham. Joe
