I do think these Dickson Co., TN Sellers are related to our Maury

just have not figured out the connection.

=
JESSE SELLERS/Martha = HAVE YOU? I don't believe I have the early
marriagesof Dickson Co - taken from deeds/wills - might be the answer!
If you have send! They are available.
I haven't read Graves Co, Land record - Only SELLERS?
DO we have any civil war records - we probably need War of 1812 in TN
and there are two Samuel SELLERS and I don't think we have!

I'll check this Silas SELLERS for more info - and post your page with
your info and link you to these counties. Perhaps someone working these
counties, will contact you.

them to have a link to someone on that page. Thanks, marie, iowa

Subject: [TNDICKSO] Re: BROWN-SELLARS-SELLERS
William in Harden Co, KY.
Good Afternoon!!
My Brown Cemetery has interred there, many
of my ancestors, some of which you might
find interesting. They are:
BROWN, James M. (1813-1865) married
SELLERS, Ruth (Rutha) (Ruthie)(1820-
4AUG1912), memb., Turnbull Baptist Church
Married on 5DEC1839.
Also, the second child of John Squire
BROWN (1800-GA-1871-TN) and Margaret
"Peggy" LAWS (1805-1845) was:
Margurette BROWN (1826) marr 20OCT1845
David Sellers (1822)
The above data is all I have on SELLERS,
but I have complete parentage and children
on all related BROWN's.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

TN, 1850
Betty,
James M. and Rutha are buried 15
feet away from John Squire and
Margaret Peggy LAWS and Margaret
Peggy LUTHER. I have the 1961
map of the cemetery. Rutha was
a SELLERS. They were the Grand-
parents of Emmett Loye BROWN,
former caretaker, who died in 1993.
Margaret Peggy LUTHER-BROWN
married Moses "Christopher" MEEK
on 31DEC1874. He and several of
his children are buried here also. He
was a Minister of the Gospel at
Turnbull Baptist Church.
