I only found one person with SELLER surname buried in Williamson County.
That was a young woman named Athalia Merle (Frazier) Sellers.

Juanita DaCosta,
I think I can help you. In the census you copied from Williamson
Co,
TX you listed I.E.Sellers. I looked at the
census again and I believe
that it is listed as
J.E. Sellers with R.L. as his wife (not I. E. Sellers)
He is listed in the same Co. in TX and the same area as Allen Sellers
that you have been looking for. You need to look in Copiah Co., MS for
your Allen Sellers. I also think
he is a brother to James E. Sellers.
James E. Sellers lived in Copiah Co., MS before moving to Williamson
Co., Texas. He was married to Rachel Kinnengton Nov 29, 1848 in Copiah
Co., MS. Rachel's middle name must be Lovey because in the census in
1850 she is listed as Lovey instead of Rachel.

In the 1860 Census Benjamin Sellers was listed as living in J.E. Sellers
household as a Common laborer when he was 22 years old. Abraham
Sellars
also has to be a relative.
I hope this helps you in your research. Thanks for sending me your
info
in the mail.

These records indicate Allen would have been about 14 years old when the
war started. According to Elizabeth Banta McDonald Seller's pension
application, he went back to Mississippi where he joined and served 4
years. It will be interesting if I can find his war service
records.

be
from husband to wife, to assure her equal claim to this land.
